• User: Natural or legal person using the Service

• VPS Provider: Company providing virtual private server services
• Benchmark: VPS server performance test conducted according to a specific methodology

• Presentation of VPS server performance test results
• Comparison of different VPS providers
• Information about server technical specifications
• Pricing data and provider contact information
• Testing methodology

All services are provided free of charge to end users.

User has the right to:

• Use all Service features free of charge
• Browse and compare benchmark results
• Access information about VPS providers
• Report bugs and suggestions regarding the Service

User is obligated to:

• Use the Service in accordance with law and these Terms of Service
• Not undertake actions that could disrupt the Service operation

are protected by copyright and constitute the intellectual property of the Service owner.

Use of the Service is at the user's own risk.

By using the Service, the user consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

For matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, Polish law shall apply.

All disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Service owner's registered office.

If any of the Terms of Service provisions proves to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

The Terms of Service come into effect on the date of publication.
